Michael Moore had achived more than any other Lib Dem Cabinet Minister - he was sacked. David Heath I am sure has a good knowledge of rual affairs and farming - but he is not a farmer - he was an optician. What about Clegg himself - he is Deputy Prime Minister with special responsibility for - wait for it - with special responsibility for political and constitutional reform !
